Training talks, also known as toolbox talks are a useful tool for delivering important updates and training to a group of employees at once.

This form acts as a record of evidence of what training / updates have been provided and who was present. This form is optional and you may already have your own system in place for recording these talks in which case this form will not be required.

The file itself may be used to convey health and safety training as part of an ISO 45001 management system.
